250 g plums (8pcs)
half of a lemon zest, grated
2 tsp chopped nuts
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1,5 tbsp flour
¼ tsp baking powder
1. Remove plum stones and place plums in ovenproof dish. Mix lemon zest with nuts and sprinkle on plums.
2. Whisk eggs with sugar and cinnamon until firm and fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into the eggfoam, mixing very carefully. Pour onto plums.
3. Bake in preheated 200C degree oven for about 25 minutes.
