Crispy french fries

300 g potatoes
2 tsp olive oil
salt or potato seasoning
1. Preheat oven to180C degrees. Peel potatoes, cut into thin sticks and place in a large heatproof bowl.
2. Bring water to boil with a kettle and pour over potatoes. Let stand for 2 minutes, drain and cool under running cold water. Drain excess water.
3. Put potatoes back to bowl, add oil and salt or seasoning to taste, and mix well.
4. Cover baking tray with baking sheet, pour potatoes onto it and heat in oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
