180 g low-fat margarine
240 g brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
bit of cloves (powder)
50 g chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
240 g flour
150 g whole terveid hazelnuts
200 g dark chocolate (for glazing)
1) Whisk margarine with sugar, add eggs one at a time, flavor with cinnamon and clover.
2) Grate chocolate and mix with baking powder and flour. Add with nuts to margarine mixture, mix lightly.
3) Spread mixture on baking pan with thickness of about a finger and bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
4) Cut cake into 60 pieces while warm and let cool off. Cover top of cake with melted dark chocolate.
