100 g iceberg lettuce

100 g smoked chicken thigh (about 1 thigh)

2 tomatoes

half long cucumber

2 tbsp canned corn

handful of green onion

3 tbsp mayonnaise (up to 20%)

 

  1. Tear iceberg lettuce into pieces, cut tomatoes and cucumber into cubes, slice green onions. Remove skin from smoked chicken thigh and cut meat into pieces. 

  2. Place vegetables into a bowl, flavor lightly with salt, add smoked chicken and canned corn. 

  3. Mix in mayonnaise. 

  4. Enjoy!
